I totally get that life happens, and things come up! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please try to let me know at least 48 hours in advance. If it's less than 48 hours or a no-show, there will be a 50% cancellation fee for the service booked. No-shows will require a non-refundable deposit for future appointments. Appointments MUST be confirmed at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Unconfirmed appointments will be automatically released to clients on the waitlist! Appointments scheduled after this will require a non-refundable deposit. I appreciate your understanding!
